Lawyer focused on Civil and Administrative Law. Graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona, he has completed several post-university studies, such as the Postgraduate Diploma in International Taxation and Postgraduate courses in Real Estate, Urban Planning Law and Building and Construction Law.

Member of the Bar Association of Granollers in 2005, having started his professional practice at the Izquierdo Asociados law office, and later on his own.

Associate professor at the Department of Administrative Law at the University of Barcelona, he has given various conferences as a trainer on housing and urban planning regulations.

He has been participating as a speaker in several conferences and congresses on housing and urban planning.

Author of books and articles in various specialized publications.

He speaks native Catalan and Spanish and he has a high level of English.

He has participated as a speaker in the Conference on the Right to Housing, Urban Law and Empty Homes: Cities, People and Crisis, organized by the University of Barcelona in April 2016, with the paper entitled Round table, urban planning city, housing and people.

He has participated as a speaker in the Conference 10 years of the Law on the Right to Housing conference on the Right to Housing, a balance looking to the future, organized by the University of Barcelona, the Transjus Research Institute and the DESC Observatory in December 2017, with the paper entitled Fines and sanctions, abnormal use and unoccupied housing.

Training and Teaching Activity

He is currently Associate Professor of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Barcelona.

He is a visiting professor in the field of Administrative Law in the Master's Degree in Law, organized by the illustrious Barcelona Bar Association and the University of Barcelona.

He has taught several conferences as a trainer for the Barcelona Provincial Council in the field of housing, 2020 and 2021.

He has given several conferences as a trainer for the Barcelona Provincial Council, in the field of waste, 2018.

He has taught classes in different subjects at the School of Legal Practice of Col. Adv. From Granollers, years 2012-2013 and 2013-2014.

He has offered several talks and webinars on housing organized by the Vallés Oriental County Council, Maresme County Council, APCE, and other public and private law entities.
